Account Executive Monterrey & CDMX

Position Objective:
Ensure the placement of the products and/or services offered in the institution according to the established goals, advising the client to select the best product option according to their financial requirements.

Main activities:

  • Manage Credit requests.
  • Interview prospects to evaluate whether they are subject to a credit application.
  • Carry out the correct integration of client files derived from account openings and credit applications.
  • Process customer registration in the systems as well as the opening of collection instruments in accordance with established policies and applicable regulations.
  • Request special exchange rate quotes from the Treasury Head for preferred
    clients.
  • Carry out and approve exchange operations up to the limits established in the
    table of powers.
  • Verify and approve transfer operations between the client's own accounts as well as against the accounts of third-party clients of the bank, if applicable.
  • Carry out the correct integration of client files derived from opening deposit accounts, time deposits and other products or services.
  • Receive, digitize and properly load client identification documentation into the systems.
  • Periodically update client files in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Carry out periodic eye visits to clients or prospects in accordance with applicable regulations.

Risk Manager

Position Objective:
Identify, measure, monitor, control and report the quantifiable risks that the Institution faces in its operations within its various business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, update and execute the risk processes defined in the Risk Manual in a timely manner.
  • Detect and validate credit risk, portfolio qualification and the respective reserve calculation.
  • Propose metrics to the Risk Management for the management and monitoring of different types of risks.
  • Investigate and document the causes that cause deviations from the established risk exposure limits.
  • Calculate and report capitalization requirements for credit, market and operational risk.
  • Review and update, where appropriate, the manuals related to the area at least once a year.
  • Prepare, review and send Regulatory Reports to the corresponding authority, as well as notify the internal control area of the result of the process.
  • It is very important to have knowledge of the ICAP capitalization index, solvency and capital adequacy.

Sr. Staff Internal Audit Internal Audit Staff

Position Objective:

Plan, execute, document and conclude the planned reviews in the annual audit program, adhering to Internal Audit policies and procedures and International Auditing Standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere at all times to Section Five of Chapter VI of the “General provisions applicable to credit institutions” related to internal controls and internal audit.
  • Plan, execute, document and conclude the reviews planned in the Annual Audit Program.
  • Follow up, document evidence and conclude on the resolution of internal observations and/or findings, external audits, as well as regulators.
  • Participate in the review of policy and procedure manuals, in order to monitor the application of control measures that allow minimizing risk and promoting the optimization of operation schemes.
  • Support the review that the control mechanisms implemented lead to the adequate protection of the Institution’s assets.
  • Support and monitor the application of preventive and corrective measures to solve relevant deviations or deficiencies detected in order to evaluate whether they are corrected correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Report, where appropriate, any anomaly or suspicions of fraud or theft, to the Audit Manager and/or Audit Owner so that the necessary corrections can be established and the pertinent actions taken.
  • Support compliance with the conduct of audits by delivering in a timely manner the necessary requirements in accordance with each of the current applicable regulations (BANXICO, IPAB, CONDUSEF, CNBV, etc.) for example, payment systems, prevention of money laundering. money, IPAB fees, among others.
