1. What do I need to use the platform?
Mainly, be a client of Banco Shinhan de Mexico, have a checking account in MXN and USD. Sign our Banking Products and Services Agreement, Online Service Provision Agreement and the “Annex A Shinhan FX Access” Format.
2. How can I enter the platform?
You can access it from your electronic banking session by clicking on the “FX Platform” link. It will automatically direct you to the page to log in with the username and password provided by the bank.
3. What type of operations can I carry out within this new platform?
You will be able to carry out exchange operations. That is, buying and selling currencies in MXN and American USD, which must subsequently be executed in S-Bank.
4. What hours can I buy and sell currencies within the platform?
The hours to carry out your operations will be from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
5. Is there a maximum amount for buying and selling currencies on the platform?
Yes, the maximum initial amount is $500,000.00 dollars. However, if you require an increase or decrement, you must contact the Treasury area.
